These Terms of Service govern your use of JustBrowser, the desktop application, web dashboard, cloud sync, local REST API and related services operated by Velocity Digital Labs LLC. Please read them before you create an account or install the software.
JustBrowser (the "Service") is operated by Velocity Digital Labs LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, installing the desktop application, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes it.
The Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use, the Refund Policy at /refund, the Privacy Policy at /privacy and the Cookie Policy at /cookies are part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, these Terms control, except that the Refund Policy controls on refunds and the Acceptable Use Policy controls on which uses of the Service are permitted and prohibited.
JustBrowser is a multi-account browser. It lets you create and run isolated browser profiles, each with its own device identity, proxy settings and separate cookies, sessions and storage. The Service consists of:
Our installers are not currently code-signed. Your operating system may show a warning when you install the software. Download the software only from justbrowser.app or links we publish there.
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You must be able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account, including activity by team seat holders you invite (see Section 6). Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
The dashboard shows the desktop devices signed in to your account, with the device name, operating system and IP address for each; you can sign any of them out from there. A device you sign out drops out of that list after 7 days; the record itself is deleted with your account. The web dashboard itself keeps you signed in with a session cookie, described in the Cookie Policy at /cookies.
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the JustBrowser desktop application on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal purposes.
You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease or redistribute the software, or use it to provide the Service to third parties, without our written permission. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction, and subject to the security research exception in Section 8.
JustBrowser is offered on a single paid plan, billed at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, as you select at checkout. There is no free plan. Team seats cost nothing (see Section 6). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.
New customers receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, your first charge is made automatically for the plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from the billing portal, which you open from the Billing page of the dashboard, and you will not be charged.
One trial per person, enforced per account and per payment card. An account that has already had a trial receives none at checkout. A card that has already been used for a trial on another account is refused a new one: as soon as we learn of the card — after checkout completes — the subscription is cancelled without charge, you are notified in the dashboard and by email, and you may subscribe again without a trial. Accounts opened to obtain additional trials breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which you open from the Billing page of the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. We do not prorate or refund the remainder of a period after cancellation, except as the Refund Policy provides.
We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy at /refund. In summary: you may request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge after your trial, on either the monthly or the yearly plan. Renewals and partial periods are not refunded. No refund is due where the account was terminated for a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Proxy marketplace purchases are covered separately in Section 7.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for any amounts owed for periods during which you had access.
You may create a team workspace and invite others as seat holders at no additional charge. A seat may only open profiles that the owner has shared into the workspace; every member sees the same shared set. A seat does not carry its own subscription.
The account owner is responsible for every seat holder in the workspace: for their compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, for the profiles and data shared with them, and for removing them when access should end. Acts of a seat holder are treated as acts of the account owner for the purposes of these Terms.
You may also share a profile directly with another JustBrowser user, with view-only or launch permission, as you choose. Share only what you are entitled to share. When you share a profile with launch permission, the recipient gains access to whatever the profile contains, including logged-in sessions. We are not responsible for how a recipient uses a profile you chose to share.
The in-app proxy marketplace lets you buy proxy allocations that we resell from third-party providers (currently DataImpulse and Oxylabs). These are third-party services. Your use of a purchased allocation is subject to the provider's terms, and we do not control the provider's network, availability, locations or performance.
When we fulfil a purchase, the provider receives a pseudonymous identifier derived from your account id so it can attach the allocation to you; we never send your name or email. See the Privacy Policy at /privacy. Marketplace purchases are consumable: once an allocation is delivered it is non-refundable. If fulfilment fails and the allocation is never delivered, we refund the purchase in full to your original payment method; you do not need to request it. If it has not reached you within 10 business days, email [email protected]. Details are in the Refund Policy at /refund. Marketplace purchases are separate from your subscription and are not covered by the 14-day subscription refund window.
Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs which uses are permitted and prohibited. Its headline rules are:
Good-faith security research that complies with our security disclosure page at /security is not a breach of this section or of the reverse-engineering restriction, to the extent the research stays within the scope that page describes.
Report suspected misuse of the Service to [email protected]. Report security vulnerabilities to [email protected], as described at /security.
JustBrowser is a tool for isolating browser identities. You decide how to use it. You are solely responsible for every profile you create and run, for the accounts and websites you access through them, and for complying with the terms of service of every third-party platform you use and with all laws that apply to you, including laws on fraud, computer misuse, data protection, consumer protection and advertising.
Many platforms restrict multiple accounts, automation or the use of proxies. It is your responsibility to know and follow those rules. We do not review, approve or endorse any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: suspension, restriction or banning of your accounts on any third-party platform; claims made against you by any third party; or any loss, penalty or damage arising from your use of the Service, including unlawful use, use that breaches a third party's terms, or use by someone you gave access to.
The software is subject to United States export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and to sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You may not download, export, re-export or use the software, and we do not sell the Service, in or to any jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive U.S. embargo, or to any person or entity on a U.S. government denied-party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list.
By using the Service you represent that you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction, are not on any such list, and are not owned or controlled by anyone who is. You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws and not to use the Service for any purpose those laws prohibit. We may suspend or terminate access where we believe this Section is or may be breached.
The Service, including its software, code, design, text, graphics, logos and other content, is owned by Velocity Digital Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license in Section 4, no rights are granted to you, by implication or otherwise.
The desktop application includes third-party and open-source components. Those components remain subject to their own license terms, which take precedence over these Terms for those components only.
Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use the JustBrowser name, logos or branding without our prior written consent. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
How we collect and handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy and the Cookie Policy at /cookies.
You own the data you create, upload or store through the Service, including your browser profiles, fingerprint configurations, cookies and session data. You grant us only the limited right to store, transmit and process that data as needed to provide the Service to you, for example to hold a synced profile archive in cloud storage until you retrieve or delete it.
Profile data on your device, including the local database, is a local file under your control. Proxy credentials and saved logins are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a per-account key; the local database as a whole is not encrypted. The Privacy Policy explains how that key is issued and what it does and does not protect. Synced archives are encrypted at rest on our storage provider and we do not open or read them. Alongside each encrypted archive we store a profile summary in our database so your other devices can list the profile before downloading it: profile name, notes, tags, folder names, fingerprint settings, proxy host, port and username, and saved-login site addresses and usernames, with proxy and saved-login passwords in encrypted form. The Privacy Policy describes this summary and how long we keep it. We do not collect browsing history or page content from inside your profiles, and the desktop application sends no usage analytics or crash reports. See /security for details. Keep your own backups; we are not responsible for data you lose from your device.
You are solely responsible for the content you access, store and transmit through JustBrowser profiles and for having the right to do so.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, add, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. Where a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
Support for specific operating system versions, and the browser core version pinned to each profile, may change over time. You are responsible for updating the desktop application; we do not currently install updates automatically.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT BROWSER PROFILES WILL BE UNDETECTABLE BY ALL DETECTION SYSTEMS AT ALL TIMES. DETECTION AVOIDANCE CAPABILITIES MAY VARY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES IN THIRD-PARTY DETECTION TECHNOLOGIES.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT ANY THIRD-PARTY PROXY ALLOCATION SOLD THROUGH THE MARKETPLACE OR ABOUT ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM YOU ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOCITY DIGITAL LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF ACCESS TO ANY THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT OR PLATFORM, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Velocity Digital Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, the use of the Service by any seat holder or person you share a profile with, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or any rights of a third party.
If we reasonably suspect that your account, a seat holder, or a profile you share is being used in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we receive an abuse complaint about your use, we may suspend or restrict your access to all or part of the Service immediately and without prior notice. We will normally tell you what happened and give you an opportunity to respond, unless doing so would be unlawful or would frustrate an investigation.
While an account is suspended or after it is terminated, we may preserve account data, sign-in records and other information relating to the suspected abuse, and may disclose it to law enforcement, regulators or other parties where we are lawfully required to do so or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or protect our rights. See the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is due for any unused subscription period or marketplace purchase, and you remain liable for any amounts owed.
You may close your account at any time from Settings in the web dashboard. Deletion takes effect immediately and cancels any active subscription; it does not entitle you to a refund except as the Refund Policy at /refund provides. You can also ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. What we keep afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service with or without notice if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in addition to the rights in Section 17.
On termination your license under Section 4 ends and you must stop using the software. Data held on our servers, including synced profile archives and the profile summaries described in Section 12, is deleted within 30 days except where law requires retention, as described in the Privacy Policy. Data on your own device is not affected by termination and remains your responsibility.
The following survive termination: Sections 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21, and any payment obligation that accrued before termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action; disputes may be brought only on an individual basis. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
Before starting arbitration, please write to [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If any part of this Section is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will post the new version at /terms with a new "Last updated" date and notify account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law or addresses a security or abuse issue, in which case it may take effect sooner. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription and stop using the Service before that date.
The notice period in this Section applies to changes to these Terms themselves; changes to the Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are notified as each of those documents states.

Privacy questions, data-subject requests and account deletion: [email protected]. We have not appointed an EU or UK representative; data subjects may contact [email protected] directly.
